"The Son of Man will die as God has decided but how terible for that man who betrays Him Lk22:22"

Judas Iscariot is one very unlucky bastard. I've often felt that he was the soul who drew the short straw in heaven before being incarnated. His prize? oh, i don't know just eternal damnation for betraying the Messiah and being synonymous with almost every negative word there is in the dictionary.

Because of guilt Judas offed himself by hanging, which, by Catholic standards means a one-way no stopovers, no bathroom pullovers, ticket straight to heck (cue AC/DC song here). Ding, ding, ding!!! That's double damnation for you J.E.(actually on Acts 1:18 he just burst open and spilled all his guts out-nice)

I just think it's really unfair for one man to be predestined to be the one who betrays the Messiah, Lamb of God, Son of Man, Divine word, Emmanuel and Lord of all Nations. It's like being cast by the director as the one who shoots the leading man and/or rape the leading lady(depends if you're watching an FPJ or a Robin Padilla flick).

I mean he was possesed by the demon after all (Luke 22:3, John 13:27).

I've read somewhere that the courtroom is the one place where Jesus and Judas stand as equals, with the odds in favor of Judas. If they were, and if Judas has got a competent lawyer, i wonder if the lawyer would have said that Judas was possesed by the devil and so was not in the right frame of mind when he committed the betrayal, and so should be acquited on the grounds of insanity(i don't know if they can use demonic possesion as defense)-acquited of what exactly, i have no idea.

I wonder if Jesus tried to exorcise the demon out of him when He met Judas out in the garden of Gethsemane or when they were having thier last supper together. He did say in the supper that one of them will betray him right? I wonder if JC knew that it was all part in the grand scheme of things and so had left Judas alone.

Sacrificial lamb-Passover lamb, that's what they call Jesus because His mortal body had to die for us so that we'd all be saved and forgiven for all our sins and so would go to heaven. I'm actually, really very grateful for it, mind you but the thing is, is Judas sacrificial too even if he unknowingly partook in the process? i mean, it is HIS soul that will burn for eternity in the fires of hell. Even before everything happened, did Jesus already knew what will happen and what must be done-or not done- to make it happen? I wonder what will happen( i said happen 4 times already, make that 5) if Judas knew that he was destined to betray Jesus so that the 'grand plan' would take place and all of humanity will be saved?
What would he do if he was given a choice?

Big G: Oh, hey man listen, this is what you should do so that everything that was preordained by yours truly takes place
J.I.: Ok, shoot
Big G: (talks about demonic possession and betrayal and silver), oh yeah, and if you choose to do it it would be so terrible for you that you wish you had never been born instead. so what would it be? the blue pill or the red pill?
J.I. : (contemplates) uhm...i don't know, i'm just, you know, 'hypothetically' speaking can you make it so that i won't have to be damned to hell for all of eternity instead?
Big G: I can, i'm omnipotent remember?
J.I. : so why can't it happen that that was just the case then?
Big G: divine wisdom
J.I. : oh
Big G: if you want i could find someone to replace you
J.I. : and he will be damned instead?
Big G: correct-O
J.I. : (sighs) no man, Word i mean, i'll take it, give me the red pill

If he chose to go with it would he be 'sacrificial' too? Jesus suffered with his mortal body but Judas suffered with his soul.

malay mo naman may pact sila na sa heaven siya pupunta, di lang pinaalam saatin kasi we'd end up betraying one another, ang excuse natin it's all for the grand plan

he was an Apostle- of course he'd be aware of all that heaven and hell shiz. it was his choice to do that betrayal, wc he regretted later. point being, he's human. i mean, a lot of people know its wrong to smoke and watch / dl porn but does that stop them? God doesnt set a path for people. He gives them a map. People trace their own dots.

hmm idk fox... if what J.E. did was his choice then how come J.C. said 'how terrible...' even before J.E. did what he did? if J.C. already knew what J.E. would do, would it still mean that freedom of choice was in effect?

just because he knows whats gonna happen doesnt mean he has control over it...
